How we calculate the TrustMyWin Score
A transparent, reproducible 0–100 trust rating for casino and sportsbook payouts — built from sourced data, not operator money.
The core idea: the Score reflects how likely an average player is to receive a full payout, in the advertised timeframe, without arbitrary interference — adapted to their country.
No paid placement
Operators cannot buy a ranking
Real test withdrawals
We time actual cash-outs

The weighted algorithm
Seven fixed components, each normalized to 0–100, combined by fixed weights that sum to 100. Withdrawal Speed and Player Complaints carry the most.
| Component | Weight | What we measure | Primary source |
|---|---|---|---|
| Withdrawal Speed | 25% | Median + P95 time from withdraw request to funds received, normalized so under 15 min ≈ 100. | Our own test withdrawals + player reports |
| Player Complaints | 20% | Complaint rate per 1k players for withheld payouts, weighted by severity. | Trustpilot, Reddit, forums, our complaint records |
| KYC Complexity | 15% | When verification triggers and how many documents it demands, scored so low-friction = high. | Test accounts + documented player cases |
| Payout Success Rate | 15% | Approved ÷ requested withdrawals — the share of cash-outs actually paid. | Player reports + operator data where disclosed |
| Payment Methods | 10% | Count and reliability of local cash-out routes available per country. | Cashier audit per country |
| Support Resolution | 10% | Resolved share + time-to-resolution on stuck payouts. | Complaint records + support tests |
| Bonus Fairness | 5% | Wagering terms that obstruct real-money withdrawals. | Editorial T&C review |
| Total weight | 100% | ||
Community Proof of Payment (verified withdrawals) cross-checks these inputs — but the Score does not depend on it. Editorial collection and test withdrawals carry the load.
The Score is 0–100, not a percentage
A TrustMyWin Score of 81 does not mean "81% of withdrawals succeed." It is one trust number on a 0–100 scale, weighted across all seven components, read in three bands:
How the top components work
Withdrawal Speed
We time real cash-outs across every method a brand offers, weighting instant rails (crypto, mobile money) higher than slow bank transfers.
A brand that settles mobile-money withdrawals in minutes scores far higher here than one that holds bank transfers for days.
Player Complaints
An unresolved withheld-payout complaint weighs far more than a routine bonus-terms dispute. We separate the two so genuine non-payment is not diluted.
A cluster of unresolved "withdrawal still pending" reports pulls a brand's Score down; a resolved one-off does not.
KYC Complexity
We penalize operators that only demand heavy verification at the moment of a large win, after letting deposits through unchecked.
Asking for video ID only after a big jackpot win — and not at signup — is a documented red flag against the Score.
The full per-component sourcing — including the four remaining components — is in the table above. Every datapoint carries a source and a date.
Per-country overrides
A global reliability record doesn't guarantee local performance. Regulations, local processors and regional management change the reality on the ground. So each brand has a global baseline, then per-country overrides — and country pages show the adapted score_<country>.
- check_circleLocal payment-rail health (which aggregators actually work in that market).
- check_circleRegional licensing rules and withdrawal caps.
- check_circleCountry-specific KYC friction and method availability.
Worked example: one brand, two countries
Reason: faster local mobile-money rails and lighter KYC in this market raise the country score above the global baseline.

The reproducibility pipeline
Source inputs
Test withdrawals, player reports, public reviews — each dated and attributed.
Normalise
Each component is mapped to a 0–100 scale; outlier days are smoothed.
Weight
Each score is multiplied by its fixed weight. No manual nudges.
Score
The weighted sum is the TrustMyWin Score — reproducible by anyone.
Any score can be rebuilt from its source data
Take the seven component scores, multiply each by its fixed weight, and sum. Same result, every time, for anyone — no editorial "feel," no operator able to buy a bump.
Worked example: 88×.25 + 84×.20 + 80×.15 + 86×.15 + 75×.10 + 78×.10 + 70×.05 ≈ 81. See it on the brand page breakdown →
Trusted data sources
Report a data error →Filtered for "withdrawal" and "payout" keywords to focus on payment integrity, not general UX.
r/sportsbook and regional gambling communities, read for real delay and non-payment reports.
Editorial team runs and times real cash-outs and cashier/KYC audits per market.
Public fines and compliance notices from licensing bodies, where a regulator is named.
The anti-bias protocol
- ✕
No paid rankings. We reject every "pay for the #1 slot" request. Independent — no operator pays for placement.
- ✕
No subjective reviews. We don't rate game graphics, "vibe," or support tone. We rate payout integrity.
- ✕
No invented metrics. We don't guess a company's bank balance or publish numbers we can't source. Every figure traces to dated evidence.
- ✕
No manual nudges. Once weights are locked, the Score is formula-only. No editorial override of a brand's number.
Algorithm version history
Every change to the formula or weights is dated and public. A weight change triggers a recompute of affected brands.

Frequently asked questions
Can a casino improve its Score?
Yes — by paying players faster and more reliably. The Score rebuilds from sourced data on every refresh, so when a brand's median payout times drop and complaints fall, its Score rises. The only way up is to actually pay out better.
How do you handle bonus disputes?
We separate payout disputes from bonus-terms disputes. If a player clearly breached the T&Cs, that does not count against the brand's payout integrity. Genuine withheld winnings do.
Who funds TrustMyWin?
No operator pays for placement, a higher Score, or to remove a complaint. We take zero money from any casino we score. Independence is the whole point — a trust number that can be bought is worthless.
Is the data perfect?
No — but it is transparent and dated. Every input shows a source and a last-refresh date you can challenge. Single bad days are smoothed by looking at a trailing record rather than a snapshot.
